How to Cancel Trackunit

To cancel a Trackunit subscription, follow these steps:

  1. Contact the Revenue & Billing Team: Send an email to the Trackunit Revenue & Billing team at revenueandbilling@trackunit.com to initiate the cancellation process.

  2. Note on Inactive Units: Simply marking your units as inactive in Trackunit Manager will not cancel your subscription. You must contact the billing team to ensure cancellation.

  3. Subscription Terms: Be aware that subscriptions are prepaid and cannot be cancelled during the first 12 months unless otherwise agreed in writing. Any prepaid subscription fees will not be refunded if cancelled before the end of the prepaid period.

  4. Notice Period: If you are past the initial 12-month period, you can cancel with a notice period of the current month plus three months.

  5. Additional Support: If you need further assistance, you can reach out to Trackunit’s Customer Support team through their Help Center.
