If your Meteor product is installed as an app on Shopify, you can cancel it by removing the app from your store. This process automatically stops future billing since Meteor’s billing is handled by Shopify. Here’s how to do it:

1. Log in to your Shopify admin dashboard.
2. Navigate to Settings > Apps and sales channels.
3. Find the Meteor app and click Uninstall next to it.
4. Fill out the feedback form if prompted.
5. Click the red Delete button to confirm removal.

If you installed the app before August 23, 2023, you might need to take additional steps to remove any remaining Meteor code from your theme. Contact the Meteor support team for assistance if needed.
