How to Cancel Playbook

To cancel your Playbook subscription, follow these steps based on how you purchased it:

Canceling Through the Playbook App

1. Log in to the Playbook app.
2. Navigate to the Profile tab.
3. Select Manage in the Subscription Plan section.
4. Choose Cancel Subscription.
5. Select a reason for cancellation and provide feedback if desired.
6. Confirm your cancellation by selecting YES.

Canceling Through the Web

1. Go to the Playbook User Portal.
2. Log in with the same email or Facebook account used for the subscription.
3. Navigate to the Subscription section.
4. Select Manage.
5. Choose Cancel Subscription and follow the on-screen instructions.

Canceling Through App Stores

• For iOS (iPhone):

  1. Open the App Store app.
  2. Tap your avatar in the top right corner.
  3. Tap Subscriptions.
  4. Find the Playbook subscription.
  5. Tap Cancel.

• For Android:

  1. Open the Google Play app.
  2. Ensure you are signed in to the correct Google account.
  3. Select Subscriptions.
  4. Choose the Playbook subscription.
  5. Tap Cancel subscription.

After cancellation, your subscription will not renew automatically, but you will retain access until the end of your billing period. If you encounter issues, contact Playbook support at support@playbookapp.io.
