How to Cancel Nimble

To cancel a Nimble account, follow these steps:

1. Access Nimble via a Web Browser: You can only delete your account from a web browser, not from a mobile app.

2. Navigate to Account Settings: Go to Settings and then select My Account.

3. Initiate Account Deletion: At the bottom of the My Account page, click on Delete Account. You will be taken to a confirmation page.

4. Confirm Deletion: On the confirmation page, you will be prompted to enter your login password to finalize the deletion. Click Ok-Continue and then enter your password to confirm.

5. Additional Steps for Google Workspace/Google Apps Accounts: If your Nimble account is linked to Google Apps, you will need to have your Google Apps Domain Admin remove Nimble from the "Installed Apps" section in your Google Apps Domain Management page.

6. Data Loss Warning: Once your account is deleted, Nimble cannot recover your data. Make sure to export any necessary information before proceeding with the cancellation.

7. Refund Policy: Note that canceling your account does not automatically result in a refund. You will not receive a refund for any unused portion of your subscription unless specified otherwise by Nimble’s policies.
