How to Cancel AI Studios

To cancel your subscription to AI Studios, follow these steps:

Cancellation Process

To initiate the cancellation process, you need to log in to your account on the AI Studios platform.

• Navigate to your profile section.
• Go to the billing information.
• Click on "Cancel Subscription." This action will automatically cancel your subscription.

Effective Date of Cancellation

Cancellations become effective immediately after you select the "Cancel Subscription" option.

Access to Services

You will have access to the platform for the entire prepaid period, but no refunds will be provided for partial subscription periods.

Data Retention

Upon cancellation, your user data will be retained according to the data retention policy outlined in the terms of service and privacy policy of AI Studios.

Renewals

Cancelling your subscription prevents automatic subscription renewals. If you wish to continue using AI Studios after cancellation, you will need to subscribe again through the platform.

Post-Cancellation Access

You will still be able to download videos you’ve created in AI Studios until the end of the billing period, provided they do not exceed the limitations of the free plan.
