How to Cancel Alldata

To cancel an ALLDATA product, follow these steps:

  5. Initiate the Refund Request: Click on the "REFUND" option under the "Actions" column for the selected vehicle or product. If the refund option is not available, it may be because the refund eligibility period has passed.

  6. Complete the Refund Request Form: On the refund request screen, select a reason for the request and add any additional comments you wish to include.

  7. Submit the Request: Click "Submit Request" to finalize the cancellation and refund request. You will receive confirmation of your request on the screen and via email.

  8. Review Refund Policy: Ensure you are within the refund eligibility timeframe based on your subscription length. Refunds may take 7-10 business days to process, depending on your financial institution.
