How to Cancel AnyDesk

To cancel your AnyDesk subscription, follow these steps:

  1. Sign in to your my.anydesk account: Access either my.anydesk I or my.anydesk II using your credentials.

  2. Navigate to the subscription management section:

    • In my.anydesk I, go to the Settings page and select the General tab. Scroll down to the bottom and click Cancel Subscription.
    • In my.anydesk II, go to the License tab and find the Subscription section. Click Cancel Subscription there.
  3. Confirm cancellation: On the pop-up window, confirm by clicking Yes, cancel subscription. Your subscription will be canceled, and your account will switch to the free plan at the end of your license period.

  4. Alternative method: You can also contact AnyDesk’s Customer Success Team to cancel your contract. Note that cancellations require a one-month notice.

After canceling, you can continue using your license until it expires. You will receive an email notification 30 days before your license expiration date, reminding you to cancel if you wish to avoid automatic renewal.
