How to Cancel Atlas VPN

To cancel your Atlas VPN subscription, you need to follow the steps based on where you purchased the subscription.

If You Subscribed Through the Apple App Store:

• Open your device settings.
• Tap on your Apple ID at the top of the screen.
• Select the "Subscriptions" option and wait for the list to load.
• Find and tap on "Atlas VPN" under the active subscriptions section.
• At the bottom of the screen, you will see the option to "Cancel Subscription." Tap on it.
• A pop-up will appear asking you to confirm the cancellation. Tap "Confirm" to complete the process.

If You Subscribed Through Google Play Store:

• Open the Google Play Store app.
• Tap on the profile icon or your profile picture on the top right corner.
• Select "Payments & subscriptions" from the menu.
• Tap on "Subscriptions" and find "Atlas VPN" in the list of active subscriptions.
• Select "Atlas VPN" and then tap on the "Cancel subscription" option.
• Confirm the cancellation when prompted.

If You Subscribed Directly Through the Atlas VPN Website:

• Since Atlas VPN services have been discontinued as of April 24, 2024, and transitioned to NordVPN, you will not need to cancel your subscription directly through the Atlas VPN website. Instead:
  • If you subscribed through Google Play, your subscription is managed by the store to ensure a smooth transition to NordVPN.
  • If you subscribed through the Apple App Store or Amazon, a refund was issued for the remaining duration of your Atlas VPN Premium subscription, and your Atlas VPN account was terminated.

Important Notes:

• Deleting the Atlas VPN app or your Atlas VPN account will not cancel your subscription. You must manually cancel the subscription through the respective store or service.
• You can continue using the app until the original subscription date expires, even after canceling.
