How to Cancel Billo App

To cancel your Billo App subscription, follow these steps depending on your account type (Brand or Creator) and purchase method. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period, with no refund for unused time.

For Brand subscriptions (via Billo Platform):

  • Log in to your Billo account at billo.app.
  • Navigate to account settings or “My Brands” and select the relevant brand.
  • Locate the subscription cancellation option in the Platform’s account settings, or click the question mark icon in the top right corner to access support chat and request cancellation.
  • Alternatively, email help@billo.app to close your Brand account and cancel.
  • Confirm cancellation; access continues until the end of the paid period.

For Creator Premium Membership or app-based subscriptions (iOS/Android):

  • On iPhone (App Store): Open the App Store, tap your profile icon, select “Subscriptions,” find Billo, and tap “Cancel Subscription” then confirm.
  • On Android (Google Play Store): Open Play Store, search for “Billo,” select it, tap “Manage Subscriptions,” choose Billo, and cancel.
  • Open the Billo Creator App, go to Profile > Get Help > Send us a message for assistance if needed.

Additional notes:

  • If you want to delete your account or a Brand after canceling, go to “My Brands” > select brand > “Brand details” > Edit > Delete, or contact support via chat with your signup email and brand name.
  • For mobile carrier Billo plans (e.g., Digicel), open MyDigicel app > Plans & Bundles > My Active Plans > Opt-Out on Billo plan > confirm.
  • Contact support directly via in-app chat for any issues: Brands use the platform chat icon; Creators use app Profile > Get Help.
  • Refunds are limited (e.g., unused pack balance within 30 days fully refundable, then 25% fee); no prorated refunds on subscriptions.
