How It Works Unlocking your ChatGPT Wrapped is as easy as 1-2-3:
- Find Your ChatGPT Activity: Log into your most frequently used ChatGPT account and download your usage data activity. Visit ChatGPT Data Controls, select your profile > Settings & Beta > Data controls, then hit the Export button.
- Export Your ChatGPT Data: Once on the Data Controls tab, click “Export” next to “Export data.” Your data will be sent to your email’s inbox in a .zip format.
- Import Your Activity: Open the file browser, import your ChatGPT history, and let the site generate your 2023 ChatGPT Wrapped instantly. Rest assured, your data is not uploaded or stored on their servers.
