To cancel your Botsonic subscription, follow these steps:

Cancellation Process

• Log into your account: Access your Botsonic account using your credentials.

• Initiate cancellation: Look for the option to cancel your subscription and follow the prompts to complete the cancellation process.

Post-Cancellation Steps

• Loss of access: Note that once your subscription is cancelled, you will lose access to Botsonic’s platform and all its features.

Refund Policy

• Botsonic, like its parent company Writesonic, has a specific refund policy. If you are within the 7-day period from the original purchase, you can request a refund.
  • The refund request must be made within seven days of the original purchase.
  • The usage of the services must be less than 25,000 Premium quality words or equivalent within this period.
  • To request a refund, cancel your account and then send an email to support@writesonic.com to initiate the refund process.
