How to Cancel Canapii

To cancel your Canopy subscription, follow these steps:

On Mobile Device or Web Dashboard

• Open the Canopy app on your mobile device or log in to your Canopy web dashboard.

Accessing Account Settings

• On the mobile app, navigate to the Account Settings menu by pressing the menu button in the upper left corner of your screen.
• On the web dashboard, find the Account Settings menu by pressing the account button in the upper right corner of the screen.

Canceling the Subscription

• Scroll down to the “Your Plans” section of the Account Settings page.
• Click on the "Cancel Plan" option. Once cancelled, your subscription will not renew after your current payment period ends, but you will still have access to Canopy until then.

Important Considerations

• If you have Canopy Shield, make sure to remove it before the account payment period ends.
• If you purchased your subscription via the Apple App Store or the Google Play Store, you will need to cancel it through the respective store:
  • For Apple App Store: Go to Settings, select your iCloud name, then select the Subscriptions tab and find Canva (or the relevant app) to cancel.
  • For Google Play Store: Open the Google Play app, click on your account icon, select ‘Payments & subscriptions’, find Canopy (or the relevant app), and select the ‘Cancel Subscription’ option.
