How to Cancel Checkmate

To cancel your Instant Checkmate subscription, follow these steps:

1. Cancel Online:

   • Log in to your Instant Checkmate account.
   • Navigate to the "Membership Settings" via the "Account" tab on the top right corner of your dashboard.
   • Click "Cancel Subscription" at the bottom of the active subscription you wish to cancel.
   • Input the necessary information (first and last name, email address) and submit your cancellation request.

2. Cancel by Email:

   • Send an email to Instant Checkmate’s customer service team with your first and last name and the email address used to create your account.
   • A member of the support team will process your cancellation within 24-48 hours.

3. Cancel by Phone:

   • Call Instant Checkmate’s customer service at 1-800-222-8985 during their operating hours (Monday to Friday, 7 am to 4 pm PT).
   • Provide your details to the representative to complete the cancellation.

Note that while you can cancel at any time, you will still be charged for the full term if you cancel before it ends. You will retain access to your account until the end of the subscription term.
