How to Cancel CorelDRAW

To cancel your CorelDRAW subscription, follow these steps:

Checking Your Confirmation Email

If you have the confirmation email sent by Corel after your payment was processed, look for a section labeled "Subscription overview," "Automatic renewal cancelation," "Cancel your subscription," or "Manage your subscription." This section may contain a link to cancel or manage your subscription.

Using the Corel Account

  • Log in to your Corel Account on the CorelDRAW website.
  • Navigate to the "Product Status and Subscriptions" section of your account.
  • Find the subscription you want to cancel and select the option to cancel auto-renewal.

Alternative Method

If you cannot find the confirmation email or need an alternative method:

  • Go to the purchase lookup page.
  • Enter the email address you used when you made your purchase and complete the captcha verification.
  • Click "Next" and check your email inbox for a link to view your order details.
  • Open the email and click on the link "All details on this order."
  • Scroll down to the "Subscription overview" section and follow the instructions to cancel your subscription.

Important Notes

  • Canceling your subscription stops all future billing renewals but does not result in a refund of your current term.
  • If you cancel your subscription, your version of the software will revert to viewer mode once the current term expires.
  • You can reactivate your subscription in the "Product Status and Subscriptions" section of your Corel Account if needed.
