Crypto Tax Calculator (CTC) operates on an annual subscription model, ensuring uninterrupted access to your tax reports. If you wish to cancel your subscription, follow the steps below. Please note the impact on your access and data.

Steps to Cancel:

• Log in to Your CTC Account:
  • Visit the CTC website and log in to your account.
• Access Subscription Management:
  • Click the profile icon at the top-right corner, and choose ‘Manage Subscription’ from the drop-down menu.
• Initiate Cancellation:
  • On the subscription management page, click ‘Cancel plan,’ leading you to a confirmation page.
• Confirm Cancellation:
  • On the confirmation page, click ‘Cancel plan’ if you agree to CTC LEDGER PTY LTD’s Terms of Service and Privacy Policy.

Accountant Canceling Client’s Subscription:

• Go to Clients Page:
  • If you are an accountant canceling a client’s subscription, go to your Clients page.
• Locate Client and Cancel Subscription:
  • Find the client you want to cancel, click the three dots at the right-hand side, and select ‘Cancel Subscription.’

Additional Notes:

• If you receive a payment failed notification and wish to cancel, contact the support team for assistance.
• You’ll lose access to paid features, including tax reports, once the subscription expires.
• If unsatisfied within 30 days, follow the refund process by canceling your plan and contacting the support team for a refund.

Refund Process:

• Cancel your plan.
• Reach out to the support team for a refund via the in-app chat.
• Fill out the optional refund survey.
• Receive a refund receipt after the refund is processed.

You must contact the support team for refund requests.

CTC reserves the right to delete your data after processing a refund. Contact support within 7 days if you change your mind.
