Canceling an Order

If you need to cancel an order from a platform like THE CURATED, here are the steps you should take:

• Contact the customer service team via email at [email protected] or through the relevant Contact page on the website.
• Provide your order number in the email.
• If the order has not been processed, you can cancel it without any cancellation fees. However, once the order has been processed, it cannot be cancelled, and you will need to return the item according to the Returns Policy.

Canceling a Subscription

For subscriptions, such as those offered by CURATEUR, follow these steps:

• Log in to your account on the CURATEUR website.
• Navigate to the "My Membership" page.
• Click “Cancel Membership” next to the active subscription listed in your account.
• Alternatively, you can contact the customer service team and request cancellation.
• Ensure that the cancellation is made before the billing date for the next subscription period.
