I expected a bit of lag when switching between a live phone call and a web chat, but everything stays in one unified thread. It really helps keep the context of a customer’s history without having to dig through different tabs or software.
What’s been frustrating in your experience?
The interface can feel a bit "busy" and dated in some areas and it took me a few days to figure out a layout that didn't feel overwhelming during peak hours.
What new feature would you love to see added?
I’d love to see a more intuitive "drag-and-drop" builder for the IVR and call flows and a more visual, modern flow editor would save a lot of time.
