How to Cancel DocuPhase
To cancel your DocuPhase product subscription or services, follow these steps:
Notification and Termination
- You must provide written notice to DocuPhase to initiate the cancellation process. This notice should be sent to the appropriate contact methods, such as emailing

or contacting the support team at (727) 441-8228, Ext. 104.
Payment and Refund
- Fees are generally non-cancellable and non-refundable. However, if you terminate the agreement due to an uncured material breach by DocuPhase, you may be eligible for a refund. The refund will include the amount of any pre-paid Subscription Fees on a pro-rata basis from the effective date of termination, and any pre-paid but undelivered Services Fees as of the effective date of termination.
Account Suspension and Content Removal
- DocuPhase reserves the right to suspend your access to the SaaS Service immediately if they believe you have violated any provision of the agreement. In the event of termination, DocuPhase may remove and archive your content for a period of 30 days.
Outstanding Payments
- If you have failed to make payment when due, DocuPhase will provide written notice to you of such failure. Your account will only be suspended if the payment failure is not cured within seven (7) days of the date of such notice.
Support and Services
- Any ongoing Support Services, Professional Services, or other services will be terminated upon cancellation. Note that technical support and professional services related to upgrades are outside the standard subscription benefit and may require separate arrangements.
Final Steps
- After termination, ensure that you no longer use the DocuPhase Technology, and all copies of the technology are removed from your systems. Any copyright, trademark, patent, proprietary, or other legal notices must be respected and not altered or removed.
