How to Cancel Doofinder

To cancel your Doofinder subscription, follow these steps:

Canceling Your Subscription

1. Log in to Your Admin Dashboard:

   • Access your Doofinder admin panel.

2. Navigate to the Subscription Section:

   • Go to Account > General > My Subscription.

3. Initiate Cancellation:

   • At the bottom of the page, click on the grey link labeled Cancel subscription.

4. Select Products to Cancel:

   • A popup will appear where you need to select which products you want to cancel. You must choose the specific products you wish to stop using.

5. Provide Cancellation Reason:

   • Select the reason for canceling your subscription from the drop-down menu and, if possible, leave a message to help improve the service.

Important Notes

• Effective Date of Cancellation: The cancellation will take effect on the next renewal date. Until then, you will continue to enjoy all the features of your Doofinder subscription.
• Reverting Cancellation: If you change your mind, you can revert the cancellation by clicking Throw Back on the product. This option is available until your cancellation or downgrade date.
• Shopify Users: If you are using Shopify billing, you need to cancel the service from your Shopify account and uninstall the Doofinder app.

Refund Policy

• No refund policy applies if you cancel before the end of the subscription period. Your service will continue until the next renewal date and then transition to the Freemium plan if not renewed.
