How to Cancel EHR YOUR WAY

To cancel your EHR YOUR WAY subscription, follow these steps carefully to ensure a smooth transition and to maintain access to your data.

Notification and Termination

You need to provide written notice to EHR YOUR WAY. They can cancel your account and terminate the agreement with thirty (30) days prior written notice for any or no reason, or immediately if you breach the agreement or if any representation or warranty you have made is or becomes untrue.

Data Export

Before cancelling, it is crucial to export your data. You can do this using the export functionality provided in the software. You have the option to export a copy of your data at any time. Alternatively, upon your request after cancellation, EHR YOUR WAY can provide you with a backup of your User Data, but this may incur a charge of up to $299.

Steps to Cancel

  • Log in to your account and navigate to any relevant settings or support sections.
  • Since the specific cancellation process is not detailed in the provided documents, you may need to contact EHR YOUR WAY directly to initiate the cancellation. You can do this by sending a written notice or contacting their customer support.
  • Ensure you have downloaded all necessary data and backups before the cancellation takes effect.

Post-Cancellation

  • Once your subscription is cancelled, you will no longer have access to the Site, the Content, and the Service.
  • You must cease all use of the Site, the Content, and the Service immediately upon termination.
  • Any outstanding amounts owed to EHR YOUR WAY must be paid upon cancellation.

Additional Considerations

  • Make sure to comply with all HIPAA obligations regarding the use and disclosure of health information.
  • Ensure that you have a HIPAA-compliant method to store the exported data to maintain the security of your client’s personal health information.
