How to Cancel Elementor

To cancel your Elementor Pro subscription, follow these steps:

  1. Log in to your Elementor account: Navigate to the Elementor website and click on the "Sign In" button in the top right corner of the page. Enter your login credentials to access your account.

  2. Navigate to the Subscriptions Tab: Once logged in, click on the "Subscriptions" tab located in the left sidebar menu. This will display your current Elementor Pro subscription details.

  3. Cancel Your Subscription: Look for the "Cancel Subscription" or "Manage this Subscription" option. Click on it to initiate the cancellation process. You may need to turn off auto-renewal to complete the cancellation.

  4. Confirm Cancellation: A pop-up window will appear asking you to confirm your cancellation. Read the information carefully and click on the "Confirm Cancellation" button to proceed.

  5. Backup Your Data: Before your access to Pro features is revoked, backup any important designs or data. You can export your designs as a .json file or use a plugin like UpdraftPlus to backup your WordPress site.

  6. Remove the Elementor Pro Plugin (Optional): If you wish to completely remove Elementor Pro from your WordPress site, go to your WordPress dashboard, navigate to the "Plugins" section, find Elementor Pro, deactivate it, and then uninstall it.

After canceling your subscription, your account will revert to the free version of Elementor, and you will lose access to premium features and templates. If you purchased your subscription through the WordPress plugin, you can also cancel it directly from the WordPress dashboard.

If you are within the first 30 days of purchasing Elementor Pro, you can request a refund by contacting Elementor’s support team. Refunds are not available for renewals or upgrades.
