How to Cancel Elevate

To cancel an Elevate product or subscription, follow these steps based on how you subscribed:

Canceling Through the Elevate Website

  1. Visit the official Elevate website and log into your account.
  2. Navigate to the "Account" or "Subscription" section, typically found within your profile or settings menu.
  3. Select the option to cancel your subscription.
  4. Follow the on-screen instructions carefully until you receive a confirmation message or email that your subscription has been canceled.

Canceling Through App Stores

  1. If you subscribed via the Apple App Store or Google Play Store, you must cancel through those platforms.
  2. Open the App Store or Google Play Store on your device.
  3. Go to your account settings and find the "Subscriptions" tab.
  4. Locate the Elevate subscription and select the option to cancel it.

Canceling Administrative Orders

  1. For administrative cancellations, access the Administrative Control Panel.
  2. Navigate to "Edit/Cancel Orders."
  3. Input the user or product name to find the relevant order.
  4. Select the checkbox in the "Cancel" column for the order you wish to cancel.
  5. Enter an email address for cancellation notifications and optionally include a cancellation explanation.
  6. Check the box to notify the user if desired.
  7. Click "Cancel Registration" to complete the cancellation.

Additional Notes

  • Cancellation through the website or administrative panel does not automatically issue refunds; these must be processed separately through your payment processor.
