How to Cancel ELSA Speak

To cancel your ELSA Speak subscription, follow these steps based on how you originally subscribed:

For Website Subscriptions

1. Option 1: Use the Customer Portal

   • Go to the ELSA Speak website and enter the email associated with your account to receive a login link.
   • Log in to the customer portal and manage your subscription there.

2. Option 2: Cancel from the Receipt

   • Open the receipt sent to your email and click on the "Manage subscription" button to cancel.

For In-App Subscriptions

1. If You Subscribed via Google Play:

   • Open the Google Play Store app.
   • Navigate to your subscriptions.
   • Find the ELSA Speak subscription and cancel it.

2. If You Subscribed via Apple App Store:

   • Open the Settings app on your Apple device.
   • Tap on your name, then "Subscriptions."
   • Find the ELSA Speak subscription and cancel it.

Additional Notes

• Ensure you cancel at least 24 hours before the next billing date to avoid charges.
• Canceling a subscription does not automatically refund payments. For refunds, contact ELSA support if you purchased through their website, or contact Apple/Google if you purchased through their stores.
• After cancellation, your subscription remains active until its expiration date.
