How to Cancel Everfit

To cancel an Everfit product subscription, follow these steps:

1. Log In: Go to client.everfit.io/login and log in to your account.

2. Access Purchases: Once logged in, you will see a list of your purchases. Find the recurring purchase you want to cancel.

3. Cancel Subscription: Click on the purchase detail to view more options. Look for the menu button (three dots) and select the "Cancel Subscription" option.

4. Choose Cancellation Type: You will have two options:

   • Immediate Cancellation: This will cancel your subscription immediately, and you will lose access right away.
   • Cancel at End of Billing Period: This option allows you to maintain access until the end of your current billing cycle.

5. Confirm Cancellation: After selecting your preferred cancellation method, confirm by clicking "Yes, I’m sure."

6. Undo Cancellation (Optional): If you chose to cancel at the end of the billing period, you can undo this action from the Purchase Detail page before the billing cycle ends.

7. Verify Changes: Check the Payment Activity page to ensure your subscription status has been updated.
