To cancel a Finish Line product order, follow these steps:
If you need to cancel or change your order, contact Finish Line’s Customer Care as soon as possible. They will do everything they can to accommodate your request, but they cannot guarantee that it will be honored due to their automated order fulfillment processes.
If your order has already shipped, it cannot be canceled. In this case, you will need to return the order once you receive it. Here’s how to proceed with a return:
In-Store Return: Take the item to any Finish Line store or JD Sports store in the U.S. or U.S. Territories. Bring the original sales receipt or email with the order confirmation. This method allows for exchanges and provides a quicker refund.
Return by Mail: Use the self-service return portal on Finish Line’s website. Once your return is received at the JD Finish Line warehouse, you will receive a Return Confirmation Email, and a refund will be issued to your original payment method. Mail returns are for refunds only.
Items Purchased with Afterpay or Klarna: Follow the specific return policies for these payment methods.
