What was your first impression when you started using it?

I'm impressed with their dashboards especially the features in sales essential dashboard the detail summary it provides can give good information. You can also connect your inbox to freshsales

What feels confusing or hard to use?

Sometimes the dashboards are taking time to load especially the deals tab.

What new feature would you love to see added?

If a user is using the fresh sales for 21 days and not upgrading to the other plans the user account gets suspended. I wish instead of suspending the account they can pause the account for few days and then suspend.

having all my inboxes for my targets in one place helped in letting me focus on the conversation instead of the admin

Have you experienced any bugs or errors?

Email sync breaks occasionally and I have to disconnect and reconnect the integration to get it working again, happened a few times now

there are too many confirmation steps that slow everything down
