Uninstalling GoodSync

• If you have a subscription-based license, you can terminate your annual subscription at any time. To do this, stop the annual subscription fee payments. Termination within 30 days of the last renewal date will result in a full refund of the unused year. If termination occurs after 30 days, no refund will be issued, but Siber will not charge your credit card on the next renewal cycle.

Requesting a Refund

• To request a refund, you must submit your request within 30 days of the date of purchase. You need to provide proof of purchase, which is the original email receipt for GoodSync.
• Refunds are not available for GoodSync Enterprise, GoodSync Control Center, and GoodSync Server licenses.

• After uninstalling GoodSync, ensure you delete all its files. For GoodSync2Go, delete all files in the GoodSync and My GoodSync Data folders from the portable disk.
