What exceeded your expectations?

If you want to promote any of your brand using WhatsApp this product is best suited. You can highlight your brand offerings and pricings based on the templates where you can customize them or re-use the existing one and do the promotions.This is whatsapp self-serve platform.

What feels confusing or hard to use?

The onboarding process will have some categories if you are unsure then it's hard to use. However, they provided the docs with steps.

Is there a workflow that could be simpler?

I feel creating apps process could have been simpler without much hustle.

I did not face any major problems, but some setup and configuration parts took more time than I expected. A few things also needed extra checking before everything worked properly.

I would like clearer setup guidance and an easier way to handle some advanced features. That would make it easier to use.
