How to Cancel Hack the Box

To cancel your subscription on Hack the Box, follow these steps:

1. Log in to your Hack the Box account.
2. Click on the top right button and select Billing & Plans or Billing, depending on your account type.
3. Scroll down to view your current subscription plan.
4. Locate the Cancel Plan or Cancel Subscription option at the bottom of the page.
5. Click on this option to initiate the cancellation process.
6. You may be prompted to provide feedback or a reason for canceling, which helps improve their services.
7. Confirm your cancellation. Your subscription will remain active until the end of your current billing period, but no further automatic payments will be made.

After canceling, you will retain access to any modules you have completed, and if you have purchased cubes, they will remain in your account. However, access to incomplete modules may be lost if your subscription was access-based.
