    How to Cancel HeyGen

    To cancel your HeyGen subscription, follow these steps:

    1. Log in to your HeyGen account.
    2. Click on the arrow next to your name in the menu on the left.
    3. Select your name from the dropdown options to access your account settings.
    4. Locate the "Subscriptions" option and click on it to view your subscription details.
    5. Once in the subscription hub, look to the far right and click on the down arrow next to the "Upgrade" button.
    6. From the dropdown menu, select the "Cancel Plan" button to complete the cancellation process.

    If you prefer to temporarily pause your subscription instead of canceling, you can select the "Pause plan" option from the same dropdown menu.
