How to Cancel Houdini

To cancel a Houdini product order, follow these steps:

Notification and Confirmation

  • Inform the seller as soon as possible if you wish to cancel your order.
  • Provide confirmation of the cancellation in writing, including your purchase order details (such as the official Purchase Order Number if applicable).

Timeframe for Cancellation

  • Your right to cancel starts when you place the order and ends 14 days from the day you receive the goods.
  • If your order includes multiple items, the 14-day period begins when you receive the last item.

Returning Goods

  • You have a further 14 days after deciding to cancel to return the goods.
  • Goods should be returned in as new and clean condition.
  • A deduction may be made if the goods’ value has been reduced due to excessive handling.

Refund Process

  • You should receive a refund within 14 days of the seller receiving the returned goods or upon providing proof of return.
  • The refund includes the cost of the goods and the basic delivery cost (excluding any packing charges).

Special Circumstances

  • If you cannot return items within the 14-day period due to special circumstances, contact the seller to discuss possible arrangements.

Returning Faulty Goods

  • Upon delivery, inspect the goods and notify the seller within 14 days of any defects.
  • The seller may repair, replace, or refund faulty goods during the guarantee period.
