- Navigate to the contact’s account page and click the Membership tab.
- Click Cancel Renewal if available, or reverse the invoice from the invoice detail page.
- Ensure the Cash Dues Over/Under Payments Create AR option is enabled.
- Adjust the Period and Thru dates to match the cancellation term.
- Set the Status to Inactive and save changes.
