To cancel your Invoice Simple subscription and account, follow these steps:
Cancel Your Subscription: Before deleting your account, you must cancel your subscription. If you purchased your subscription directly through Invoice Simple, you can submit a cancellation request by emailing support@invoicesimple.com or using the in-app chat client. Ensure you have your account email and a screenshot of your subscription receipt ready. If you subscribed through the Google Play Store or iTunes, you need to cancel it directly through those platforms.
Delete Your Account: Once your subscription is canceled, you can delete your account. Go to the settings section in the Invoice Simple app or web app. Scroll down to the "Account" section and click on "Delete Account." Confirm the prompt to proceed with the deletion. This will log you out and automatically delete your account and data.
Refund Requests: If you believe you are eligible for a refund, contact Invoice Simple support with the necessary details. However, note that all fees are generally non-cancelable and non-refundable according to their terms and conditions. For subscriptions purchased through iTunes or Google Play, you must request refunds through those platforms.
