To cancel your Issuu subscription and delete your account, follow these steps:
Cancel Your Paid Subscription: If you have a paid plan, you need to cancel it first. Log into your Issuu account, hover over your profile photo at the top right corner, and select "Account Settings." Then, go to the "Billing" tab and look for the option to cancel your subscription. Once canceled, your account will automatically convert to a free plan after your remaining subscription period ends.
Delete Your Account: After canceling your paid subscription (if applicable), proceed to delete your account. In the "Account Settings," go to the "Billing" tab and scroll to the bottom. Click on the "Delete my account" button. A confirmation screen will appear, and you will receive a deletion confirmation email. You must click on the link in this email to complete the deletion process.
Remove Publicly Visible Content: Before deleting your account, consider manually editing or removing any publicly visible text or images you’ve uploaded, as these may not be automatically removed with your account.
Revoke Third-Party Access: If you signed up using a third-party login like Facebook or Twitter, make sure to revoke Issuu’s access to these accounts to fully disconnect your data.
