How to Cancel Jibble

To cancel your Jibble subscription, follow these steps:

  1. Access Your Account Settings: Go to your Jibble account and navigate to the Organization Settings section.

  2. Manage Your Subscription: Click on Subscriptions and then select Manage plan.

  3. Downgrade to Free Plan: Choose the Free plan to effectively cancel your paid subscription. Alternatively, you can click on a link that says “Cancel Premium/Ultimate” if available.

  4. Confirm Cancellation: You will be prompted to confirm the downgrade. Once confirmed, you will lose access to all paid features immediately.

  5. Understand the Changes: Be aware that some settings may be lost or deleted permanently when you downgrade to the free plan. This includes limitations on group management, clocking in/out features, work schedules, and location tracking.

Note that cancellations take effect immediately if you downgrade to the free plan, but if you cancel within a billing cycle, the changes will apply at the end of that cycle. No refunds are provided for cancellations.
