To cancel your Keepnet Labs product subscription, follow these steps:

Notice of Non-Renewal or Early Cancellation

• To prevent renewal of your subscription, you must give written notice of non-renewal. The deadline for sending this notice varies depending on the product and edition you have subscribed to. Check the Product Specific Terms for the specific notice periods.

Steps to Cancel

• Auto-Renewal: You can indicate your decision not to renew by turning off auto-renewal in the billing details section of your account.
• Customer Support: Alternatively, you can contact Keepnet Labs through their customer support portal to notify them of your decision not to renew.

Early Cancellation

• If you choose to cancel your subscription early, you will not receive any refunds of prepaid fees or unused Subscription Fees. You will also be required to promptly pay all unpaid fees due through the end of your Current Term.

• If you or Keepnet Labs need to terminate the agreement for cause, this can be done upon thirty (30) days’ notice to the other party of a material breach if such breach remains uncured at the expiration of such period. Immediate termination is also possible if the other party becomes the subject of a petition in bankruptcy or any other proceeding relating to insolvency, cessation of business, liquidation, or assignment for the benefit of creditors.

• Keepnet Labs may terminate the agreement for cause on thirty (30) days’ notice if they determine that you are acting, or have acted, in a way that has or may negatively reflect on or affect them, their prospects, or their customers.
