How to Cancel Luigi s Box

To cancel your Luigi’s Box service, follow these steps:

Notification of Cancellation

You need to provide a written notice of cancellation to Luigi’s Box. This can be done in one of the following ways:

• Deliver a written notice to Luigi’s Box.
• Use the cancellation link or method specified on the Luigi’s Box website.

Timing of Cancellation

For users of the Self-Service module, you can terminate the agreement and your account at any time without stating any reasons. The agreement will cease to exist by the end of the billing period in which the termination notice is delivered to Luigi’s Box.

Automatic Renewal

If you are on a standard plan with an initial term of 12 months, ensure you provide written notice of non-renewal at least one month before the end of the initial term or any successive annual periods to avoid automatic renewal.

Post-Cancellation Access

If you fail to cancel your plan within the trial period or any promotional period, the services will automatically continue in a limited mode. You will only have access to limited functions provided for free. To regain full access, you need to pay the remuneration as specified in the agreement.

Payment Obligations

Any outstanding balance becomes immediately due and payable upon the termination of your account. Additionally, be aware of potential late payment interest charges if payments are delayed.

Responsibility for Account Activities

Ensure that all activities under your account are in compliance with the terms of the agreement. Notify Luigi’s Box promptly of any known or suspected improper or wrongful use of the service.
