I love the way how it auto-replies to customer queries and sends links to the products automatically. It actually acknowledges customer queries isn't it amazing and the integration part with tools whatsapp, instagram etc exceeds my expectation. If you are into digital marketing/customer engagement this product should be in your list rest all falls into place.
What feels confusing or hard to use?
Nothing as such for me.

ManyChat is useful because it makes automated messaging much easier to manage. I like that it helps handle follow-up, replies, and lead flow without needing to do everything by hand.
What feature doesn’t work as expected?
Nothing major stood out to me.
What problem did this product solve for you?
I would make complex flows easier to review and clean up. That would help a lot when there are many branches and messages.

because it is practical and saves time. I would leave some room because bigger setups can get a little messy.

What I liked about ManyChat is that it is simple to create chat automations without any technical knowledge. My initial opinion was that it was very easy, practical and easy to use as a beginner.
Have you experienced any bugs or errors?
When creating more complex flows, the interface occasionally feels constrained. When testing automations, I have also occasionally noticed delays or small problems.
Is there a workflow that could be simpler?
More intelligent AI automation and deeper CRM and email tool integrations could help ManyChat expand. Complex campaigns could be easier to manage by simplifying the advanced flow setup.

Because ManyChat is user friendly and highly efficient for chat automation, I would give it a high rating. I would suggest it to friends and coworkers who wish to increase customer engagement and save time.
