    How to Cancel Mural

    To cancel your Mural subscription, follow these steps:

    1. Log in to your Mural account and navigate to the workspace you want to manage.
    2. Access the billing menu: Go to MANAGE WORKSPACE and select BILLING.
    3. Cancel your plan: In the billing section, you will find the option to cancel your subscription. Click on it to proceed with the cancellation.
    4. Confirm cancellation: You may need to confirm that you want to cancel your subscription. Once confirmed, your plan will be canceled.

    After cancellation, you will retain access to your account and plan features for the remainder of your current subscription term. However, prepaid fees are non-refundable, and any outstanding invoices will become due immediately.
