    • Visit the Pearson website to find the appropriate customer support number for your region.
    • Prepare necessary information such as your account details, order number, and reason for cancellation.
    • Call the support number and follow the prompts to speak with a representative.
    • Clearly state your intention to cancel the subscription and request confirmation of the cancellation.
  2. Delete Course Association (Instructors Only):

    • If you are an instructor using MyLab with an LMS (Learning Management System), you can delete the course association.
    • Go to the course information section and select "Delete MyLab & Mastering course and association with course."
    • Enter "DELETE" in the box and confirm by selecting "Yes, delete course association."
  3. Refund and Access Removal:

    • If applicable, request a refund for any unused access codes.
    • Confirm that your access to the MyLab content will be removed at the end of the current billing cycle.

After cancellation, ensure you receive a confirmation email or reference number for future reference.
