To cancel your Nexus Mods Premium Membership, follow these steps:

Managing Your Subscription

You can manage your subscription in the self-service Billing section of your account. Here’s how to do it:

• Go to the Billing section of your account.
• Use the "Change Plan" button to switch between monthly and annual payments if needed.
• To cancel your subscription, click the "Cancel Subscription" button. This will stop any further payments, and your Premium membership will end automatically on the date of the next scheduled payment.

Requesting a Refund

If you are eligible for a refund, here are the steps to follow:

• Full Refund: If you have not downloaded any mods and you request the refund within 14 days of the purchase, you can request a full refund through the Paddle bot. Click on the Paddle.net link at the bottom of your email receipt to access the Paddle bot.
• Partial Refund: If you do not meet the criteria for a full refund, you can contact the Support team directly via email at support@nexusmods.com or be redirected to the Support team after requesting a refund through the Paddle bot. A member of the Support team will evaluate your eligibility for a refund.

Additional Information

• Your payment data is secured with Paddle, and Nexus Mods does not store your card details.
• Cancelling your subscription will remove your saved payment information from Paddle.
• If you had a subscription before the change to Paddle, your subscription will be migrated gradually, and you may need to cancel and resubscribe to update your payment method.
