    How to Cancel Ocoya

    To cancel your Ocoya subscription, follow these steps:

    1. Log into your Ocoya account and navigate to the dashboard.
    2. Click on the "Billing" option located on the left side of the dashboard.
    3. Once you are redirected to the billing/plan page, click on "Manage Plan."
    4. You will then be taken to a page where you can view all your billing information and payment methods.
    5. Locate and click on the "Cancel plan" option to initiate the cancellation process.

    Before canceling, Ocoya suggests contacting their live chat support to provide feedback on why you are canceling, which helps them improve their services. This step is optional but appreciated for their growth and improvement.
