How to Cancel Opinew Product Reviews

To cancel your Opinew Product Reviews subscription, follow these steps:

1. Access Your Shopify Admin: Log into your Shopify store’s admin panel.
2. Navigate to Apps and Sales Channels: Click on "Apps and sales channels" from the left-hand menu.
3. Find Opinew App: Locate the Opinew Product Reviews App in the list of installed apps.
4. Remove the App: Click on the three dots next to the Opinew app and select "Delete" or "Remove" to uninstall it from your Shopify store.
5. Confirm Removal: Confirm that you want to remove the app. This will stop any further billing for Opinew services.

Additionally, if you have activated any additional features like SMS Review Requests, you may need to deactivate them separately:

• Deactivate SMS Review Requests: Go to the Opinew dashboard, navigate to the Account page, and toggle off the "Enable SMS Review Requests" switch. Follow the prompts to confirm the change on the Shopify billing page.

After uninstalling the app and deactivating any additional services, your Opinew subscription will be canceled, and you will no longer be charged for its services.
