How to Cancel Paybooks

To cancel your Paybooks subscription, follow these steps:

Unsubscribing from Paybooks

For Top-Up Customers

  • Log in to your Paybooks account.
  • Navigate to the application settings.
  • Find and select the "Unsubscribe" option. This option will only be enabled after you have downloaded the backup data of your account.

For Outsourcing Customers

  • You need to provide a prior written notice of 30 days to terminate the payroll service contract.
  • Send the written notice to Paybooks as specified in your contract or through the contact methods provided on their website.

Additional Steps

  • Ensure you have downloaded the backup of your data before unsubscribing, as this is a requirement for top-up customers and recommended for all users to retain their records.
  • If your account is blocked for 60 days or more, all data stored on Paybooks’ servers will be deleted after a 30-day prior notice. Therefore, it is crucial to resolve any issues promptly to avoid data loss.

Post-Cancellation

  • Upon termination of the agreement, the rights and licenses granted to use the service will automatically terminate, and you may not continue to use the service.
  • Paybooks will provide a backup file of your customer data if requested within 30 days of termination or expiration. After this period, Paybooks will have no further obligation to maintain or provide access to your customer data.
