How to Cancel Paymerang

To cancel a payment in Paymerang, follow these steps:

1. Log in to the Paymerang platform: Navigate to hub.paymerang.com, enter your email address, and proceed with your password.

2. Locate the Payment Batch: Use the Global Search bar to find the specific payment batch that contains the payment you want to cancel. You can search by vendor name, payment ID, or date range.

3. Access Batch Details: Once you have found the batch, click on the batch number to view its details.

4. Identify the Payment: In the Batch Details page, scroll down to the Payments section. Expand the section to view individual payments and click on the Payment ID of the payment you want to cancel.

5. Cancel the Payment: At the bottom of the Payment Details page, you will find a "Cancel Payment" button. Click this button to cancel the payment.

6. Confirm Cancellation: Ensure that the payment status reflects the cancellation to confirm that the action was successful.
