What do you like best about this product?

All the features that it is offering like Voice agents, messaging agents and programmable API's have clear vision in hat they are offering they can be understandable even to new users.

What feature doesn’t work as expected?

The signup for new users who doesn't have work email can't access this product which didn't work as per my expectation.

What new feature would you love to see added?

I wish this product can be even accessible to everyone even to those without work email. Not everyone wants to check the products with their work email some just want to explore the products first using their personal emails and then propose using the product to others.

At first, Plivo felt pretty straightforward but also a bit technical. It was clear it is more focused on developers than casual users.

Have you experienced any bugs or errors?

It can feel expensive for what it does. Also, some of the data is useful for direction, but not always enough by itself to make big decisions.

What’s still missing for your needs?

A simpler interface and better onboarding would help a lot. Maybe clearer guides for common use cases.
