How to Cancel PowerDirector
To cancel your PowerDirector subscription, follow these steps:
Through the CyberLink Member Zone
- Log in to your CyberLink Member Zone account.
- Navigate to the subscription settings section.
- Look for the option to cancel your subscription plan. This is often found under sections like "Automatic renewal cancelation," "Cancel your subscription," or "Manage your subscription."
- Click on the cancel subscription link and confirm your decision.
Using the Confirmation Email
- Check the confirmation email sent by CyberLink after your initial subscription payment.
- Scroll down to the "Subscription overview" section, which may also be referred to as "Automatic renewal cancelation" or "Manage your subscription."
- Click on the link provided to cancel or manage your subscription settings.
Contacting Customer Support
- If you are unable to find the cancellation link, you can contact CyberLink Customer Support directly.
- Provide them with your subscription details, and they will assist you in canceling your subscription.
Important Notes
- Canceling your subscription stops all future billing renewals but does not result in a refund unless you cancel within 30 days of starting your initial subscription and have not used any free credits, if applicable.
- After canceling, ensure you understand the data purge policy, as CyberLink will erase all your data files stored in the CyberLink Cloud storage 90 days after the subscription plan ends.
