How to Cancel PYTHEOS

To cancel a PYTHEOS product, follow these steps carefully to ensure the process is completed correctly.

Accessing Your Account

• Go to your PYTHEOS product ordering or account homepage.

Locating Your Order

• Navigate to the "My Orders" or "My Subscriptions" section, usually found in the side menu.

Initiating Cancellation

• Find the order or subscription you want to cancel and click on the three-dot icon or right-click on the row to open the action menu.
• Select "Cancel" or "Request Cancellation" from the action menu.

Handling Confirmed Orders

• If the order has already been confirmed by the vendor, you will see the "Request Cancellation" option. This means you need to wait for the vendor’s confirmation to complete the cancellation.

Providing Cancellation Reason

• You may be prompted to write a comment explaining the reason for the cancellation.
• Click "CANCEL ORDER" after entering your reason.

Vendor Cancellation Policy

• Be aware that if the vendor has a specific cancellation policy, it will be displayed before you can cancel your order. Violating this policy may result in you being held responsible for payment of the order.

Confirmation of Cancellation

• You will receive a pop-up message and an email confirming that your cancellation or cancellation request was successful.
• Optionally, you can check the "My Orders" page to see that your order now has the "Cancelled" status. If you made a cancellation request, the status will be "Pending Cancellation."

Additional Verification

• Once the cancellation is complete, you may also see a cancellation watermark on your order text.
