How to Cancel Realm

To cancel a Realm product subscription, follow these steps:

  1. Log into your account: Ensure you are logged into the account associated with your Realm subscription. For Microsoft Realms, this involves logging into your Microsoft account.

  2. Access the subscriptions section: Navigate to the subscriptions or services section of your account settings. For Microsoft Realms, this is typically found in the Microsoft account settings under "Subscriptions."

  3. Find and manage your subscription: Locate your Realm subscription and select the option to manage or cancel it. For Microsoft Realms, you will see a list of your subscriptions, and you need to find the one related to Realms.

  4. Cancel the subscription: Click on the "Cancel" option and follow the prompts to confirm the cancellation. Be aware that canceling will result in losing access to any created or joined realms, so it’s crucial to back up any important data beforehand.

  5. Confirm cancellation: Ensure you receive a confirmation of the cancellation to avoid any future charges. Keep a record of the cancellation for future reference.

For ACS Technologies’ Realm, if you are canceling a product, you may need to use a cancellation form or schedule an offboarding call to ensure a smooth transition of your data. Once canceled, your access to the program will be deactivated at the end of your current billing cycle.
