How to Cancel Recruiteze

To cancel your Recruitee (not Recruiteze, as the instructions are not available for Recruiteze) subscription, follow these steps:

Canceling Your Subscription

• Log in to your Recruitee account and navigate to the Settings section.
• Click on Billing.
• Select Change plan next to your current plan.
• Choose Cancel subscription under your current plan to initiate the cancellation process.

Important Considerations

• If you are on a yearly subscription, ensure you cancel at least one month before your subscription expires to avoid automatic renewal.
• For custom subscriptions, you may not have these options available in your account. In this case, contact the Recruitee support team via their chat.

Finalizing Cancellation

• You will be prompted to provide feedback on why you are canceling your subscription. Follow the steps to finalize the cancellation.
• Your account will be deactivated, and your careers site will be taken offline at the end of the current billing period.
• Note that Recruitee cannot guarantee to store your data longer than 30 days after the last billing period, but they will notify you before deleting any data.

Reactivating Your Subscription

If you need to reactivate your subscription, go to Settings > Billing and click Reactivate plan next to your canceled plan. Even if your account is inactive, you can still access the Billing section to select a new plan and reactivate your account.

Permanently Deleting Your Account

If you wish to permanently delete your account, be aware that this action is irreversible and you will lose all access to your job and candidate data. To request account deletion, follow the instructions provided by Recruitee support.
